We all like to talk about football, whether it’s on the pitch, on the sidelines, or in the car on the way home. Social media is another way for people to have a conversation about football. It can be an incredibly useful way for our club to communicate if it’s used in the right way. Offerton Park Football club encourage the sharing of information in this way via the following channels.

Important Information - Social Media
All social media using the Offerton Park name to communicate comes under the responsibility of the club.
As such and in line with FA rules all social media used to inform parents & present news must be authorized by the committee in order that we are able to monitor. The club has designated admins responsible for regular monitoring and management of the content hosted by all users.
As a member of the club you are responsible for and need to abide by the FA Rules and regulations regarding comments you place online about the league, club, players, managers or match officials. It is against Club and FA rules to post comments that are or maybe conceived as offensive, insulting, abusive, threatening, racist, and discriminatory or any other reference that may cause offense or harm to others.
Any such comment made on club or league websites and/or social networking sites regarding officials may result in disciplinary action being taken in line with The FA’s Disciplinary policies and procedures.
Officers of the club at Offerton Park may also wish to take action in other circumstances which don’t necessarily break FA guidelines, but are considered inappropriate or unhelpful at our club.
